Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day. A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking.

What Happens If I Order Something That Is Out of Stock?
You will only be charged for the items that ship. Expect to see the money for un-shipped items back in your account in 3-5 days.
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, please let us know!
You can return items up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn, with original packaging and tags.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at customerservice@neffheadwear.com to initiate your return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Include a picture of the item(s) you’d like to return. If your item is returned in less than perfect condition, please be sure to include both the issue and part of the design in the picture; this will allow our customer service team to relay the information to our Quality Assurance department.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
Refunds will take approximately 10 business days from the date received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued. Please allow 3-5 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Exceptions:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.
FINAL SALE:
Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order on the website for the desired item(s).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We do not accept international returns at this time.
