Features

A. In normal time mode press B to move between 12/24 hour format (24H will appear at bottom for 24 hour mode)

B. In normal time mode press and hold D until seconds flash. (Pressing B while the seconds are in the range of 30-59 seconds resets them to 00 and adds 1 to the minutes. Pressing B while in the range of 00 – 29 will reset to 00 with minutes unchanged)

Press C to move the flashing in sequence to select other settings (hours, minutes, year, month, day)

Press B to adjust the flashing item (PM will appear at right of time to indicate between noon and 11.59 p.m. in 12H mode)

Press D to set everything into normal time mode.

C.  The 12H/24H time keeping format you select in normal time mode is applied in all other modes.

D.  The watch’s built-in full automatic calendar automatically makes allowances for the different month lengths and leap years.  Once you set the date, there should be no reason to change it except after you have the watch’s battery changed.

Alarm Mode

A.  In alarm mode (AL is shown at top right), press and hold D until hour starts to flash.

Press C to move the flashing in sequence to set other settings.

Press B to adjust the flashing item.

Press D to set everything into alarm mode.

B.  When setting alarm, if not setting month and day, the alarm will sound everyday at the time set. If setting month and day, the alarm will only sound at the time and day you set.

C.  Press B to turn alarm on or off.   When ALM is shown at the bottom, alarm is on.                                                                                                                     

When ALM and SNZ is shown, then the alarm and snooze are both on.

D.  When alarm time is reached, ALM will flash and alarm will sound. Press any key to stop alarm.

E.  In alarm mode press B until :00 is shown.                                                     

Press D and CHI will appear in bottom right of screen. This sets the watch to chime on the hour every hour. Press D and CHI disappears to turn this function off.

Stop Watch and Split Function Mode

A.  In Stopwatch mode (ST is shown in top right corner) press D to start and stop stopwatch.

Press D to clear and reset stopwatch.

B.  To use split mode function, press B to start stopwatch. Press D to get a split time (SPL will be shown in top right corner). Press D to go back to timer and D again to get another split time. Press B in ST mode to stop timer and D to clear and reset stopwatch.

C.  The display range of the stopwatch is 23 hours 59 minutes 59.99 seconds. When it reaches its limit it will automatically restart and count from 0.

Dual Time Mode

A.  In Dual Time Mode (DT appears in top right corner) press and hold D until hour setting starts flashing.

Press C to move the flashing in sequence to select other settings

Press B to adjust the flashing item

Press D to set everything into dual time mode

Timer

A.  In Timer mode (TA appears in top right corner) press and hold D until hour setting starts flashing.

Press C to move the flashing in sequence to select other settings

Press B to adjust the flashing item

Press D to set everything into dual time mode

Press B to start timer countdown, B to pause and restart countdown

Press D to reset countdown to original timer amount set
