Salt Lake City's biggest party of the year just happens to be the Neff Halloween Party with DJ Matty Mo! This year it was the 9th Annual and expectations were higher than ever.. But Salt Lake delivered! Matty Mo and crew had the Metro Music Hall looking spooky as ever and this year a photo both and beanie giveaway had attendees taking something home at the end of the night.
