Return Policy

At NEFF, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Exceptions:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@neffheadwear.com to initiate your return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Include a picture of the item(s) you’d like to return. If your item is returned in less than perfect condition, please be sure to include both the issue and part of the design in the picture; this will allow our customer service team to relay the information to our Quality Assurance department.
  4. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order on the website for the desired item(s).
